New Home Lab sheet for download. Effective immediately: If you miss a lab I must receive one of these sheets signed by a parent/guardian that evaluates your process from preparation to cleanup. I must also receive photos from all stages of the lab process in order to receive full marks.
Click on the link for tomorrow’s demonstration recipe for Lemon Poppyseed Muffins, our last flour mixture before we start our Brunch unit. Feel free to print out the recipe and bring it to class tomorrow. Remember you must have one recipe per person come lab day.

Just bought some prizes for class games. Yes - games. What’s even better is that the prizes come in a werewolf-shaped bucket. I admit the latter had much to do with the decision to purchase it.
A rainy Professional Development Day but so nice to be indoors, dry, and planning exciting things for the rest of the semester!
