FN11/12 - Are you ready?
Are you ready for our twist on Thanksgiving Dinner tomorrow? Turkey Piccata on a mound of Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes. If you want to bring fixings for your potatoes please make sure they are ready to use (i.e. bacon and other meats must be cooked beforehand). A great Alton Brown recipe. This is Part 1 of 2 of our Thanksgiving Lab. Click on the link for the recipe. However, I may make some last minute changes. Having a great time putting the final touches on the final project for Foods 11/12 (worth 40% of your final mark). All I can say is I can’t wait to see what will be produced! You’ll find out what it is sometime this week!

Did you miss a lab? →
New Home Lab sheet for download. Effective immediately: If you miss a lab I must receive one of these sheets signed by a parent/guardian that evaluates your process from preparation to cleanup. I must also receive photos from all stages of the lab process in order to receive full marks.
FN11/12 - Lemon Poppyseed Muffins →
